Not a Good Way to Start

With a nudge and an exclamation of “OH my God” from Christina, I jumped out of bed. The whole Kim family woke up late! Christina and I rushed to get the kids to school – but they were all late. This is not a good way to start the first day of school for the boys.

I have always believed that first impressions are very important because people’s minds are very impressionable. I am praying that their new teachers would not think that we are irresponsible parents. This is when I am thankful that God accepts us no matter what – His love for us never changes. One thing I know about God is that even though we start off things unsuccessfully, it is the finish that He is most concerned about. God will finish the good work that He started in us (Php 1:6; Heb 12:2; 1 Th 5:24).
